At "Ego Experience" we offer you a unique experience where you can delight in the exquisite flavors and aromas of Argentina. A tasting of carefully selected wines, with the perfect harmonization of dishes prepared to highlight each glass. The Ego Experience is made up of 4 steps:

1st step: Torrontés wine from Salta with Brusqueta serrana: Tostón spread with Roquefort cream, slices of Serrano ham and cherry tomato.

2nd step: Pinot Noir from Patagonia with Selection of Cheeses and Cold Cuts: cheese with pepper, orange flavored cheese, parmesan cheese, gouda cheese, pesto, roquefort, mortadella with pistachios, natural ham, salami with herbs, olives and cherry tomato.

3rd step: Cabernet Sauvignon with Meat Empanada seasoned with fine herbs.

Dessert: Sauvignon Blanc with Lemon Pie. See less
