It was an excellent day! Our guide Melanie and driver ? were both fantastic. The driver, who's name sounded Russian similar to Yegor, was really excellent at maneuvering the huge bus on small streets. Melanie gave details during the entire trip, more than I expected. We took a 2nd trip to Neuschwanstein and that was excellent as well.I'd do both trips again.

Trip is great, only recommend to divided the free time between Salzburg and the lake district as we had approx. 02:30 hours in Salzburg and only round 15 minutes at the lake district will be great if we have more time at the lake district to enjoy the village vibes.thanks.

The starting point of the tour was indicated wrongly as it was opposite road of where the instruction given (next to Buddy Hotel). Thankfully we arrived early to cross the street. The airconditioned coach was comfortable. We loved our passionate the guide Courtney was. Even though she is not allowed to guide us in Salzburg due to local restriction, we had enough info from her about Salzburg. We arrived back Munich on time and she went above her duties to give her further tips on things to do in Munich. Thank you Courtney - we will remember this trip because mainly of you.

Excellent as always. Only small concern was that the bus left on the opposite side of the street than advertised and I have mobility issues wo it took me a while to cross over. That also meant we had to board the bus by crossing a cycle lane which could have been dangerous
