Itinerary

The tour will start from your hotel. After crossing the border, we will make our first stop at the St. Dimitrie Basarabov Monastery, the place of birth of the saint who is known as the protector of Bucharest. The Monastery will impress you through its uniqueness, completely carved into stone.

Our next stop will be in Veliko Tarnovo, also known as "City of Tsars" - being the medieval capital of the country. The main focus point here is going to be the Tsaravets Fortress, an impressive construction that will live you breathless, especially after visiting the interior of the majestic church that stands on top of the hill.

After a well-deserved lunch break, we will be heading towards Arbanassi, a village which has kept its medieval legacy very strong and will surely impress you before heading back to Bucharest.
