The trip was great, but Anthony the tour guide was a miserable bully the whole trip. He bullied the driver constantly

The Grand Canyon was great! The only drawback, when we got in line at the IMAX building, it turned out to be the lunch line. It was crowded and slow. By the time we got to the theater, there was no one taking tickets. We went in, in time to see the closing credits.

It was a very good tour, but the bus was packed and the long journey made it very uncomfortable.

The man checking everyone in on the bus (Darren?) couldn't figure out who belonged on the bus or not. We were late getting to the tour bus at headquarters. We were late (hardly had time to use the restroom) and late getting to the Grand Canyon. Therefore we couldn't see the IMAX and eat lunch both. So we did not see the IMAX movie, which was disappointing since we paid extra for it. The tour otherwise was excellent. Except when we returned and got the next bus to our hotel. The same man (Darren?) was our driver. He put a movie in for the ride--TED--what a very offensive movie to show everyone. We couldn't believe it--every other word was offensive. We couldn't wait to get off that bus. There were a couple of children on the bus also.
