I really enjoyed our tour guide. She educated us the entire time of various details about Germany as well as the castles we were visiting! The bus was fantastic and the treats on board were delicious. Also, the day we went was a true winter wonderland! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Comfortable coach, knowledgeable & friendly tour guide, excellent driver and amazing location. The only thing I would say is that the tour was not quite as advertised, with the walk around Ommeramagau substituted with a trip to a church but that change was an added bonus. Plus, the weather would have made walking around a little treacherous. The tour at Neuschwanstein Castle was however overcrowded, though this was out of Gray Lines hands and given the venue is so popular it is the only way to get visitors in to see it.

Ursula was an excellent guide.

Castle tours needed even an extra 30 mins at each location for gift shop purchasing. Could of skipped the little town between the 2 castles since it was so short!
