Hotel pickup is included. Please make sure you are at the reception at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. For all other customers outside the hotel pickup area (in the old medina where vehicles can not go through), departure point will be at a the closest point where vehicles can access. Please be at the departure point at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.
