Very good customer service, wasn’t paying attention that it was self-guided, next time would book the tour with a guide, but overall very good experience. A like delay due to bus flat tire but they got another one, stuff happens, both drivers were very apologetic and very nice.

The plantation’s focus on the experiences of the enslaved people who lived on the plantation, rather than on the people who lived in the “big house” makes this the most important plantation tour. It’s something that everyone who wants to know more about American history should experience. Also, our driver, Glenn, was excellent and patient with the passengers who had mobility problems.

My driver David or John (sorry) he was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions. Loved him.
