Gray Line's part of the tour was mostly great with a great bus driver (Freddy). Our only problem was the helicopter and boat part of trip took too long because they weren't very organized and this led to us having very little time to visit the Skybridge and last stop of Grand Canyon West tour. I think that Grey Line should extend the total time to be sure that every customer can have enough time at every stop. The total time was listed as 12 hours (which would have been perfect), but was only 10 1/2 hours from hotel to hotel. We went on a shuttle rather than a big bus so there was a lot of time saved by not having to shuttle from hotel to bus terminal and reshuffling (as I did 15 years ago for the same tour). Freddy called breakfast order in ahead of first stop to save time and was very organized so I give him great marks. It was super hot when we went so I think everyone else on the bus was happy to end a little early. I just would have liked more time to take a few pictures at the last stop and eat lunch instead of taking food to go on the bus.
