The driver Steve was great, had a great sense of humor, knew a lot of Vegas history. He made all the stops on time

I honestly cannot recommend this activity. I booked the activity and printed out the voucher with no problem. You should know that they only pick up at certain hotels and the selections are pretty limited. I picked the one that was closest to the hotel I was staying in. I had to use Google maps to see where it was and saw that it was only a short walk, so that was not a big problem I noticed the pick-up time on the voucher showed that it would be a 9 PM pick-up so that was great. I called the day before the pick-up date as instructed to confirm and found out that my actual pick-up time would be 6:30, not even close to nighttime in Vegas and I wanted to have my tour when everything was lit up. I asked if I could get a later time and they told me that I could get one, but I would have to go to a hotel that was about 4 miles away. Even though I was very disappointed I opted to stay with the 6:30 pickup. The next day my wife and I walked to the designated pick-up hotel. I was confused about the exact pick-up location so I called them back to get more information and was informed that the tour was cancelled. The person on the phone said that someone had called to let me know that the it was cancelled and that my voicemail would not allow them to leave a message because it was not set up. I noted the time that they said the person called and checked my phone. Not only was there not a call in the log from them, I had several other people that did call, a couple even left messages. Of course I was very disappointed and my wife was also. The person on the phone was not very apologetic and was actually very matter of fact, which leads me to believe that this type of thing happens regularly. I still have to wait 3-5 business days to see if they are going to give me my money back. I would be very wary of booking this tour.

Although unfortunately, in rare cases tours do need to be cancelled for issues both in and out of our control, it's clear from your depiction of events that there was certainly something to be desired in terms of customer service and support. They call and cancelled our tour and my money was not refunded as promised.

We have saved the best for last as you enjoy the most popular Las Vegas lights and sounds show brought to you in "Viva Vision" The LED display "canopy," runs along the Fremont Street Experience promenade from Main Street to Fourth Street. Holding the canopy aloft are 16 columns, each weighing 26,000 pounds and can hold up 400,000 pounds, and 43,000 struts.

A section comprising one fiftieth of the total canopy equals the size of the world’s current largest electric sign. Originally, nearly 2.1 million incandescent lights were housed in the canopy. With the completion of the $17 million upgrade, more than 12 million LED lamps illuminate the overhead canopy.
