We waited at the Rideau Hall for the bus to pick us up. But the driver skipped that stop, leaving us stranded. Fortunately, the bus had to pass by later on a nearby road, so we were able to get back into town. I think the driver should pause at every designated stop to make sure there are no passengers to pick up there.

Hello,

Bus consistency on these routes is, no question, the main determining factor between a good service and a bad one, and we do apologize that the vehicles did not adhere to their planned stops that we advertise in Ottawa on the day you joined us. We'll reach out to our team in Ottawa and make sure this is not a common trend, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Sunday road closures made traffic circulation next to impossible in the morning. Bus was at a standstill. Chose to walk most places instead. Perhaps pro-rate activity for Sundays or operate only in afternoon or later into the day.I didn't get my money's worth because of circumstances.Bus drivers and guides are very good.

Hello,

We want to thank you for choosing Gray Line, and apologize that the tour was not operating at the efficiency either side would have preferred when you joined us. We do our best to get our busses from stop to stop, but sometimes, outside factors such as these road closures inhibit this and we are just as stuck in traffic as everyone else! We will look into what sort of compensations we can give as a result of these sorts of closures, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
