Not a great tour. There should be brief stop at the cemetary to have a good view.

It is certainly our main goal to provide interesting, comprehensive and unique tours for our customers, and it's unfortunate to hear that on this tour we missed the mark a bit. We will be sending your comments to our Argentina Office for review, in hopes to improve the experience for future customers taking the same tour. We thank you for choosing Gray Line, and for bringing this to our attention.

The first half of the tour was fine, but the second half to an ugly modern cathedral was very disappointing. Also the guide spent so much time talking in other languages, by the time she got to the english explanation we were long past what she was trying to show us.

We certainly do wish for all our tour experiences to be seamless, enjoyable, unique and worthwhile, and apologize that you felt anything else but 100% satisfied at the conclusion of the event. We will touch base with our local team in Argentina and discuss ways in which it may be possible to better the overall experience for customers who will be joining us, and for the guides to make sure to include all languages they cover on the tour for the entire durtation. Again, we do apologize for the inconveniences or displeasures on your day, and thank you for bringing them to our attention.

Excellent tour around the most important sights of Buenos Aires, conducted by a young lady who was very professional, and did her commentary in Italian and English as well as Spanish. However, most tour participants were under the impression that hotel drop off was included, as indicated on the web site at booking, whereas, apparently, it wasn't. This could be a real problem for visitors who don't know the city, and don't speak Spanish. Otherwise good value.
