I selected Giants Causeway tour since I had only one day left in Ireland after one week working at Newbridge. Even though the north is part of England :/, the stops seemed interesting. It couldn’t have been better!!! The tour guide was Steven and the bus driver was Michael. Steven was really awesome, a lot of relevant history information shared in with such passion that takes you through the journey of the Country. The bus was clean and comfortable, stops were smartly distributed and convenient. Wear comfortable shoes and take a raincoat/parka with you, and prepare yourself for beautiful scenery.

We purchased the tour online that was including the cross of the bridge, when collecting the tickets before the trip, we've been asked to pay again as the bridge walk was not included!! and the majority of the people also paid additionally even if I think they had it included as well, I think of that as a very tricky way to operate! When informed the guide of that, he was insisting that the walk is no longer included on the online purchase, but even at today's date, that is still included on the website! in addition, the guide was collecting £9 per person for the bridge walk when at the ticket office at the bridge, the ticket was £8! If Gray Line is buying in bulk it should be even cheaper than £8, certainly not more... I guess were the additional money (in cash) goes... guide and driver perhaps? But the worse part was when we left the coach to go to visit the causeway and we left some food at our seats (36) and when we returned this was gone!! I immediately informed the driver that told us that they were clearing the bus as it is standard procedure. I replied that we should have been informed of their "standard procedure" of clearing passengers belongings and nobody told us about that when getting off the coach for the visit and I informed him that we just wasted our money on some fresh food we did not even taste and could not enjoy while on the road! So, not only we lost the money for the food purchased but we also could't eat anything on the trip! I will expect Gray Line to give as a compensation for the loss and for leaving us without food on our journey!Such a shame as the tour itself was not too bad, a bit rushed, but overall the guide was informative and the experience was quite pleasant, but having our own food removed certainly left us a bitter taste!
