Tour Overview
This day tour from London brings you to several must-sees around the city, including 2 UNESCO World Heritage Sites at Stonehenge and the city of Bath, as well as to the Windsor Castle, all with a local and experienced guide.

Start at Windsor Castle, perched proudly above the River Thames. Home to the Royal Family for 900 years, it is still an Official Residence of the Queen. You will visit the magnificent State Apartments, still used for state occasions and Royal receptions that are packed with priceless artworks from Leonardo da Vinci and Rembrandt. Explore the castle grounds and the 14th-Century St. George's Chapel, one of the most beautiful examples of medieval church architecture in England and a burial place of kings and queens, including Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour.

Situated on Salisbury Plain, 40 ton rocks stand alone since their arrival 5,000 years ago. Abundance of theories surround Stonehenge; from a religious temple to an astronomical clock and even a Bronze Age burial ground! Decide for yourself whilst discovering the history of this mysterious monument.

Standing proudly on the slopes of the River Avon, beautiful bath was the first city in England to be designated an UNESCO World Heritage site. The gorgeous 15th century Bath Abbey, the stunning Georgian architecture, the romantic Pulteney Bridge, modeled on Florence's Ponte Vecchio, are all sights to linger on in the memory of your day. Explore the delights of Bath at your leisure.

too much packed in a day and hence had to rush through some of the places - if the itinerary was displayed along with the trip, i would have chosen something that covered 2 locations instead of 3 in a day

This is a wonderful tour, with a very knowledgeable guide and very proficient bus driver. The day is long and jam packed but well worth it as you get enough time in each location.
