Thank you for taking the time to give this detailed review of this hotel pickup issue you experienced in Montreal. It does appear that from your statement, you did reconfirm your tour and pickup location in the day before as we request, and we're sorry that things went awry on the morning of your tour. While over the course of a touring season, issues with pickup may occur from time to time, we do believe that how we as a company respond and resolve the issue is just as (if not more than) important than the original incident itself. Based on your account, we do apologize that the entire situation appears to have had a lot of room for improvement. We will be reaching out to our local team in Montreal to discuss the issue and make sure that these types of events are not a common trend in the 2017 touring season.
As a final note about your "rude and unapologetic treatment of the fat lady on the counter" comment: It's 2016 (soon to be 2017). We urge you to please consider using more acceptable and less demeaning descriptions of people--whether they be associated with Gray Line, your friends and family, or passers by on the street.
We wish you the best of luck on your future travels.
