The tour itself was very good. We wish we had just a little more time at Butchart Gardens, but it was sufficient to see it. The only issue we had was that the voucher for the pickup stated the start time as 8:30 am. Luckily, I emailed West Coast Sightseeing a week earlier, and the email listed the pickup time as between 8 am and 8:15am. When we came down to the lobby, the bus was already there, filled, and waiting for us. If I hadn't emailed and trusted the voucher, the bus and other riders would have been waiting for us for a half hour. Other than that the tour went very well. Lorne was a fantastic driver/tour guide. He did a great job.

Only rated it 4 because i expected it to be only the gardens. We only had 2 hours there and it is definitely worth spending much longer there. Our tour apparently included a sightseeing tour of the island. Time i would rather have spent at the gardens.
